Welcome to the Steerpath Smart Office!
We are a solution for modern offices with activity-based workspaces, hot desks, collaboration spaces, and lean working methods.
With the application, you can view the real-time and upcoming availability of spaces, set a personal weekly planner, and share it will your favorite teammates and reserve space suitable for your activity - either a single workstation, conference room, or project space.

Getting Started
Download the application
You can download Steerpath Smart Office application either from Google Play store or Apple App Store.
Steerpath Smart Office app is also available on your browser https://steerpath.app
Logging in to the application
Firstly, log in with your organization account, we support both Microsoft and Google users.
If your organization is using Google choose "Sign in with Google" from the login screen and choose your credentials to log in.

If your organization is using Microsoft choose "Sign in with Microsoft" from the login screen and enter your organization domain name first. After that you will be taken to your organization login page.

Overview of different features
On the bottom of the screen you can switch between different views, or tabs. In order from left to right:
- My Team & Week Planner
- Add team members and plan your week
- Booking & Calendar
- Manage your calendar, make bookings and create meetings on the go

- See your office map and space usage in real time

- Edit your profile and leave feedback
My Team
Using the My Team feature enables you to create a list of teammates and allows a fast and convenient way to check where they are working from day to day. This useful information helps you to decide where to work, for example at the office in the same area as your teammate or stay remote working from home.
Add team members by clicking Add team in My Team section. Add team members by their name or using their company email address. Remember to Confirm your selections. After adding the first members to your team the Add team button changes to Manage and from there you can add more members, delete and reorder your team.
You can only add registered user so we recommend you to encourage your colleagues to start using Steerpath Smart Office.
Week Planner
Whether you're working from home, the office or taking some time off, it's quick and easy to set your daily status using the Week Planner view. By filling your Week Planner you help your colleagues and team members to plan their week as well.
To help you to decide where to work check the available capacity at each location.
Select Show more... from the Week Planner drop down to see a full list of locations and the capacity already taken. Click on the number next to the location to see who are working in this area.
By default you will find the following Week Planner selections. Additional to these you will have organization specific work areas.
Booking & Calendar
You may be asked to connect your calendar (G-Suite or MS365 depending on what has been configured for your organization), especially if you're logging in for the first time. It will synchronize all calendar reservations and bookings to your Smart Office account. Connect your calendar to start making reservations.
Now you're ready to make a booking. Your recent bookings are listed in the Book now section under the Reserve button which can be selected to speed up the booking process. You can also pin your favourite bookable resources in the list and they will be shown always.
Bookings can be made by either clicking under the Calendar section, clicking on Reserve under the Book now section or by selecting a resource directly from the map view.
- Choose the duration of your booking (or start and end times later)
- Select either a desk or a meeting
- Add a title
- Select invitees
- Click Find suitable slot* or set the start and end date & time of the reservation
- Click Find to search for available spaces
- Select which space you want to book
- Click Book now to confirm your reservation
Space Search
Apply search filters to find the best space for you. You may need to adjust the date and time if no spaces are available.
Release a reservation
To release or end (if your reservation has already starter) your reservation, select the Release button on your Schedule.
Instant space booking
In a hurry and haven't booked a space yet? Our Instant space booking will help you to find a vacant desk or meeting room right away.
- Select the duration
- You can choose to reserve a single desk or a meeting room
- Pick the space and swipe right to Book. The desk or meeting room is now yours!
Calendar
Now that you have booked a space, Schedule will show all reservations and your calendar is synchronized across all devices.
Selecting a reservation will show more details and allow you to edit and make changes. For example, to decline a meeting or add new invitees.
Resource details
Selecting a bookable desk or a meeting room card from the home screen, space search or from the map opens more information about the resource.
From this view you will also have the option to show a navigation route to the resource (shown on the map) or simply see where it is located on the map.
You can also instantly book a space for 30 mins or 1 hour.
If a space needs some attention, you can give feedback to the facilities manager using a convenient form.
Map view
In the map view you can see an indoor map of your office and search for bookable resources and other points of interest. All available resources are highlighted with a green dot while a red dot means it's unavailable.
You can also make reservations in the map view and see additional details of any resource by selecting it and then clicking on the resource card. Click Pick a time and you are directed to the reservation view.
Please note that it may take a few moments for the map indicators to update after you reserve or release a resource.
Profile (Settings view)
In profile settings you can share your live location on the map by enabling share my location on map switch. Note that this only works if it has been enabled, by default this is disabled for all organizations.
Here you can also disconnect/connect your calendar, change app language, sign out or leave feedback. You can also edit your name and profile image by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner.
