In SenzoLive platform, occupancy data is processed and visualized every hour.
We provide statistics that is useful for users to look for the trend line and patterns of occupancy throughout a period of time. The data could be broken down into rooms, for example, conference area, departments, open space and hot desks.
The visualized data is within the Working Hours & Working Days setup and it could be modified in Default Settings Tab.
Users could change the range of data to be visualized by selecting the timeline predefined on the front page or choosing Custom for a specific range.
Currently, we provide the following graphs:
- Total Occupancy
- Occupancy Range
- Occupancy Breakdown
- Daily Occupancy: All Weekdays
- Daily Occupancy (Daily)
Additionally, occupancy data could be exported to a .CSV file for further analytics.
When users right-click on the graph, it will show options to download the graph as .PNG, PDF, .CSV and XLS file.
Terminology
Peak is the maximum percentage of sensors simultaneously occupied.
For implementation, data sent in the same 2-min slot (there are 30 slots per hour) are consider as being simultaneous.
Average: the average percentage of sensors simultaneously occupied.
Total Occupancy

The line graph shows simultaneously peak and average occupancy usage of customer’s site in a defined period of time. Users can turn off one of the lines by clicking on its box.
Occupancy Range

The bar chart shows how often the seats have been used (in percentage) and the amount of hours in that range.
The ranges are 0%, 0-20%, 20-40%, 40-60%, 60-80% and 100%.
For example
(0%) The empty seats in the office have been unoccupied for 3 hours.
Up to 20% of all the seats in office have been used for 65 hours.
Occupancy Breakdown

The bar chart breaks down peak and average occupancy usage of rooms.
More than one room could be added here for comparison.
